I honestly believe
when you want something,
must figure out what
the cost to your will be.
"Count the Cost"
is how we
'Ole Timers' say it.
I'm not sure if anyone says
anything even close
to that now-a-days.
We all have to 'make choices' in life.
You Choose to Be Called a Princess.
And to Receive What You Call ~ 'Princess Treatment'. Princess Huh?
I'm writing this post
because I am a woman,
I have daughters, and I also have sons.
I'm bothered
by the latest social media trend
where people are
ditching their dates,
or making their dates
pay for their meals that they have no intention of eating.
~ 'Princess Treatment' ~
or some other thing is what they are calling it.
So, I am hoping to teach some folks about dignity and self-respect.
Also, share a lesson about life.
A big one!
If you want to keep people in your life
you can't treat them like that.
It makes you a mean person,
who is obviously extremely selfish.
Sucks Hu?
You can CHOOSE to keep looking in the mirror
and NOT seeing yourselves.
Dressing up to look like a PLASTIC doll
who is apparently so named so it's look-a-likes
can have a personality trait
to also mimic.
Then when the styles change,
the fashion trends the other direction,
and your left with the sometimes permanent physical damages and health problems
~ will you be able to get someone to pay your hospital bills?
The point of me writing this is to help you avoid that.😳
All of us have to make certain sacrifices
in order to have
'whatever'
we feel is important to us in our lives.
The point is we understand
the basic concept of how
human beings will naturally prioritize people
and things that are
important
to them in one way
or another.
Do you follow me so far?
0%Yeah, but I wish you would get to the point already.
0%Sounds like you're talking bu!!sh*^
We All Want Someone Who Has Our Back
Adopting a behavior and attitude
of selfishness
is an intentional choice
and the choice
is yours.
I understand that it's rough out here.
Just remember
at the end of the day
~ we all want someone who has our back.
All I'm Sayin' Is...🫦
if we're showing that we
don't have a backbone in the first place...
Please let me know whatchu think.
