Take

a Good Look

at

Yourself.

Being true to yourself.

Self love.

Self care.

We hear these few

phrases all the time.

But I wonder

if people ever

really stop

to think

what these sayings

really mean

~ or if they simply

translate them

to mean 'whatever'?

I mean,

what does it

REALLY mean

to be true to oneself?

To show true self love

and self care.

I believe

that to truly do so

requires an inward reflection

~ reflections and more reflections.

We must remember

who we are at our core selves

~ the child we all began with.

How can I

say aloud and honestly

that I'm being true to myself

if I'm doing things

and saying things

that I thought grownups should

NOT be doing

when I was a child.🤷🏽‍♀️
